Unit Details:
- Total Beds: 22
- Patient Demographics: Individuals with Psychotic Disorders
- Common Diagnoses: Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia
- Nurse to Patient Ratio: 1:7
- Average Admissions: 5-10 per week
Shift Options:
- 4x8 or 2x16 schedules available
- Full-time options include 40 hours per week with day/evening rotations, 32 hours per week for evening/night rotations, and part-time roles of 24 and 32 hours per week.
Compensation:
- Starting pay at $32/hr, with higher rates based on experience, plus shift differentials ($3/hr for evenings, $4.50/hr for nights, $1.50/hr for weekends).
Additional Benefits:
- Comprehensive benefits package including Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Tuition Reimbursement.
Qualifications Required:
- Active MD RN License
- AHA approved Basic Life Support/CPR certification
- New Graduates are welcome to apply
