Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure they receive fair and equitable treatment.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote understanding and self-advocacy.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience working in case management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
