Mobile Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant

ExamOne, a Quest Diagnostics company is seeking self-motivated and reliable Independent Contractor Phlebotomists/Medical Assistants to provide mobile exam services.
As an independent contractor, you'll have the flexibility to set your own hours and choose which days you are available for work. You can manage your schedule through our online portal and receive cases within your designated coverage area.
Responsibilities:
- Collect blood and urine samples from insurance clients, specialty draws, accurately label specimens, and centrifuge blood.
- Obtain manual physical measurements and document health histories.
- Ship all specimens via FedEx from your residence or authorized FedEx stores.
- Contact clients to schedule and confirm their insurance exams, as well as specialty blood draws on a daily basis.
- Utilize a printer/scanner to print paperwork and upload documents; maintain an internet-connected computer to input status notes and scheduled appointments into our portal.
Requirements:
- Successfully pass a urine drug screen and background check.
- Proven experience as a phlebotomist/medical assistant.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance; ability to travel within a 20-mile radius of your home. Mileage reimbursement is provided for trips exceeding 35 miles in one direction at a rate of $0.65 per mile.
Compensation:
Pay for completed services/cases ranges from $24.00 to $45.00 depending on the service required for each case.
