Key Responsibilities- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment, including lubrication, cleaning, and repair of mechanical and electrical components.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs.
- Facility Maintenance: Perform maintenance tasks on facility equipment, including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as mechanical engineering or industrial technology.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as experience with troubleshooting and repair of equipment.
- Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as OSHA or EPA certifications.
The Maintenance Technician II will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with frequent exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The successful candidate will be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.
