About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dietary Aide to join our team at Lake Ridge Care Center. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our residents, staff, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals to residents, staff, and guests.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and sanitary dietary department, including washing dishes and cleaning the kitchen and dining rooms.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to resident and staff needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure quality and consistency in meal preparation and service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge in food service and nutrition.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous serving or dining experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to stand for length of shift and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and positive attitude.
  • Selected candidates will be required to pass a background check.
