About the Role: We're seeking a skilled Music Engineer to join our team at Apple Services Engineering. As a Music Engineer, you will be responsible for building and improving our personalized music systems. You will work closely with our ML researchers to develop and improve our recommender services, ensuring that our users receive the best possible music experience.

Responsibilities: Develop and implement personalized music systems using machine learning algorithms Collaborate with ML researchers to improve our recommender services Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop new features and services Identify and address technical issues that impact the performance and reliability of our systems.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need a BS or MS degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Statistics. You should have a proven track record of collaborating with ML researchers to develop and improve highly scaled, ML-backed products. You should also have strong programming skills in at least one modern object-oriented language such as Java, Python, C++. Additionally, you should have experience with recommender systems or personalization and an understanding of the related algorithms and models.
