Job Details

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a contracted position in New Oxford, PA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students improve their communication skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success and provide recommendations based on assessments.
  • Provide therapy sessions in both individual and group settings to cater to diverse student needs.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
