ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a contracted position in New Oxford, PA.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help students improve their communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success and provide recommendations based on assessments.
- Provide therapy sessions in both individual and group settings to cater to diverse student needs.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
