Senior Commercial Insurance Account Manager

The primary goal of this role is to provide commercial insurance solutions tailored to clients' needs. As a dedicated advisor, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance their insurance coverage.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial insurance inquiries.
- Identify and communicate potential opportunities to clients, fostering strong relationships and driving growth.
- Organize and conduct client meetings as needed, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Document conversations with clients and carrier representatives, maintaining accurate records in Bickle Insurance's agency management systems.
- Pursue ongoing education and training to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
- Perform other duties and projects as required to support the team and drive business success.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Superior customer service and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering personalized solutions.
- Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office, and ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a track record of providing exceptional service.
- High school diploma or equivalent, with a willingness to obtain necessary licenses and certifications.
