Job Title: Residential Services Specialist

Job Summary:

Catholic Community Services is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work directly with families who are experiencing housing instability, employment barriers, and live in a transitional living community. Your primary function will be to guide and assist families in their development, manage activities associated with a clean and sober living environment, and facilitate child welfare reunification processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with families to develop and implement individualized plans to achieve stable housing and employment.
  • Provide hands-on skill development and support to families in a 24/7 facility.
  • Implement behavior support plans and administer medication in a controlled environment.
  • Collaborate with medical, mental health, and social service providers to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and participate in regular team meetings.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid Oregon driver's license.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse family stability program.
  • Basic computer skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with families in poverty, foster youth, housing instability, employment barriers, and transitional services.
  • Knowledge of recovery terminology and concepts, and experience working with individuals in recovery.
  • Ability to mentor and guide families and individuals of any age through activities of daily living.
