Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and sustain financial models and reporting systems to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Utilize SQL and ETL methodologies to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources.
- Develop and manage dashboards with Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex financial information clearly.
- Perform thorough financial analyses to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with various teams to collect and interpret financial data effectively.
- Present analytical findings to senior leadership, offering data-driven recommendations.
- Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and analytical processes.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting efforts by providing insightful data analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in a financial analysis capacity, ideally within the Engineering field.
- Expertise in SQL and familiarity with ETL processes.
- Strong background in data visualization and dashboard creation, particularly with Tableau and Power BI.
- Exceptional analytical abilities, capable of interpreting intricate financial data and deriving insights.
- Excellent communication skills, adept at conveying financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with robust organizational and project management capabilities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Solid understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and forecasting.
