Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Fulfillment Center Operations team, including photocopying, faxing, typing meeting notes, and making travel arrangements.
  • Create presentations using graphics and complete expense reports, maintain schedules, plan events, and coordinate meetings for our Fulfillment Center Staff.
  • Manage travel reservations, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely and efficient execution of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to support business operations.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • High school or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with end-to-end project management.
  • Understanding of how to create a basic expense and reimbursement report.
  • Management of fixed budgets for office administration, on-site events, meetings.
  • Strong background of administrative, secretarial support or other management.
