Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of signal management processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and analysis of signal-management related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
  • Development and implementation of process excellence strategies to enhance efficiency and quality of signal management activities.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams for resource development and training on signal management processes.

Requirements

  • Healthcare background or life science degree/Bachelors required; degree in life sciences preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in pharmacovigilance in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical trial methodology, pharmacovigilance regulations, signal detection and risk/benefit analysis.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Benefits

  • Average U.S. base salary range: $149,100.00 - $234,300.00 per year.
