Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide accurate and friendly service, including answering questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options and provide recommendations.

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and assess customer needs.
  • Property Casualty license and Life and Health license requirements must be met.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
