Job Title: Scaled Operation Manager, Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Ad Quality operations, ensuring compliance and quality in both 1st party and 3rd party engagements.
  • Oversee Ad administration operations, streamlining processes for efficient and effective execution.
  • Lead Content Moderation and Annotation operations, ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's goals, driving business growth and scalability.
  • Design and establish operations for new services from the ground up, including SOPs and Playbooks.
  • Ensure the execution of high-quality, effective, and efficient operations in line with strategic initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with outsourced vendors and contractors, optimizing resources and workforce management.
  • Facilitate proactive collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to drive integrated success.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years in People Management within the Trust & Safety department.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital advertising operations, consulting, or media.
  • Experience in cross-border management, handling teams or vendors across different time zones.
  • Proven track record in Vendor Management with at least 3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in Ad Quality, specifically policy enforcement.
  • Proven ability to develop new operations from scratch and drive KPI improvements.
  • Experience in collaborating with Product and Engineering teams for tool and system development.
  • Capable of supervising multiple operational teams.
  • Proficiency in English with a growth mindset, self-starter attitude, and strong operational and analytical skills.
Nice to Have Experience:
  • Experience in designing policies and guidelines.
  • Background in Content Moderation related to policy enforcement.
  • Previous involvement with an internet publisher.
  • Experience managing teams of 20+ members or leading company-level projects.
  • Proven ability to innovate with technology.
  • Business-level Japanese proficiency.
  • Multicultural background and experience in a startup environment.
