Field Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Superintendent to join our team at Premier Building Restoration. This is a full-time labor-intensive role with opportunities for career advancement.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and track equipment and materials on site
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations
• Lead and oversee all aspects of on-site construction
• Schedule manpower and team members to ensure timely completion
• Perform quality control duties and communicate with the project team
• Identify labor and subcontractor non-compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage multiple job sites and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards

• Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience
• Minimum 3 years of masonry and waterproofing experience
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Ability to read and interpret documents and communicate effectively

• OSHA 30 Certification, Swing Stage Scaffold Certification, and High Reach Operator Certification
• Historic Restoration Certificate provided by I.M.I.
• Ability to provide direction and resolve problems amongst subcontractors and vendors
