Premier Building Restoration is seeking a highly skilled Field Superintendent to oversee the execution of our historic masonry restoration projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality workmanship, safety, and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers to develop and implement project schedules.
• Lead and oversee all aspects of on-site construction, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Schedule and manage subcontractors, vendors, and engineers to ensure timely completion.
• Perform quality control duties, including inspecting work and identifying areas for improvement.
• Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders regarding project progress, RFI's, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and conflicts on the job site.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including daily logs and project documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of construction industry experience, with 2-3 years in masonry and waterproofing.
• OSHA 10 Certification and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and communicate effectively.
• Ability to lift 100 pounds, walk, crawl, and climb a ladder.
• Current Driver's License and background check required.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification, Swing Stage Scaffold Certification, and High Reach Operator Certification.
• Historic Restoration Certificate provided by I.M.I.
• Ability to provide direction and resolve problems amongst subcontractors and vendors.

Work Environment

Compensation

• Hourly position based on current Local 1 Union rates, subject to variation due to licenses/certifications, experience, and skillset.
