Job Summary

Essel is seeking an experienced Environmental Cleanup Director to lead environmental cleanup and soil remediation projects across multiple sites. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements, and managing field personnel.

This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project execution at multiple sites, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Develop and implement health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company and client requirements.
  • Manage field personnel, including laborers, equipment operators, and subcontractors.
  • Analyze project progress, identify potential delays, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Prepare cost estimates, negotiate with vendors, and procure materials as needed.
  • Investigate accidents, develop standard operating procedures, and conduct H&S stand-downs.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.
