Job Overview

Tate Inc., a leading provider of data center infrastructure solutions and commercial office raised access floors, seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead various functions of the HR department. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of human resource management, employment laws, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to execute the organization's human resource strategy, including talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR generalists, management, and staff on complex HR matters, such as employee relations investigations and terminations.
  • Lead employee relations investigations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits, proposing competitive pay programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage HRIS systems, permissions, access, and settings for users.
  • Compile and analyze complex data reports, summaries, and logs for HR staff.
  • Collaborate with managers and senior leaders to identify and recommend talent development actions for key employees.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, reviewing policies and practices to ensure adherence.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or liberal arts.
  • A minimum of seven years of human resource management experience, preferably with SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Prior experience conducting employee relations investigations is highly desirable.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR information systems, preferably UKG.

Estimated Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per annum
