About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic HR Leader to join our team at the Baltimore Aircoil Company. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving organizational excellence by providing strategic support to our leaders and employees.

Job Summary

The Sr. HR Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor to our senior management team, providing guidance on performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement. You will be responsible for executing workforce strategies, managing compliance with policies and regulations, and providing HR solutions to support our growth agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to manage their organization effectively and drive employee engagement.
  • Provide HR business partnership to assigned populations, advising on organizational design, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, recognition, training, performance, compliance, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to execute and drive workforce strategies in talent acquisition, talent management, total rewards, performance management, succession planning, retention, and people-risk management.
  • Oversee compliance activities, including regulatory reporting, compliance training, audit processes, record retention management, policy administration, leave management, and worker's compensation administration.
  • Advise and aid in the creation of strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • 7+ years of demonstrated HR experience, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, or related environments.
  • HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and practices.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and HRIS.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, problem-solving ability, strong organization/planning skills, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proven ability to recognize, address, and manage conflict in a fair and positive manner.
  • Experience serving as a trusted coach or mentor, guiding others through developmental activities.
  • Demonstrated experience with change management processes.
  • Ability to handle highly confidential work with discretion.
  • Service mindset, well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $84,300 - $144,500 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
