We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, a non-profit behavioral health and Veteran's service agency. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon.

About the Job

This position requires the ability to perform Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans. You will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers. The Residential Therapist position demands frequent communication, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site clinical services for individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting
  • Assist with training and clinical oversight of Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services
  • Perform Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans
  • Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress and services provided

Requirements:

  • Eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
  • Unlicensed therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure
  • Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
  • Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
  • Physical ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, sit, stand, walk, reach; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds

Compensation: $75,000 - $87,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.
