Job Summary:

  • The ideal candidate will have experience working in a post-acute care setting and be certified in Occupational Therapy.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a post-acute care setting.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs and goals.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Active COTA certification in California.
  • 1+ year of experience working in a post-acute care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
