Job Summary

The Cashier is a key member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional hospitality services to our guests while accurately collecting and reconciling revenue. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor with all guests, coworkers, and clients, acknowledging and greeting them immediately while addressing them using last names when appropriate.
  • Accurately collect and reconcile revenue, processing payments via cash, credit, or direct billing, and furnishing payment receipts.
  • Assist guests with directions and inquiries, providing information about outlets, meeting rooms, and amenities, as well as main attractions in the area.
  • Complete accurate and timely shift reports, following all standard operating procedures related to cash banks, and operating equipment such as registers, gates, and credit card machines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and write standard English language
Working Conditions

The majority of work will be performed outdoors for extended periods, including up to the entire duration of the shift. Employees are subject to environmental conditions, including extreme heat and cold weather, with protection from weather conditions provided but not necessarily from temperature changes.

Travel

Travel of up to 5% may be required.
