Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Take guest orders for room service, ensure accuracy, and provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries and making recommendations.
  • Payment Processing: Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Area Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the room service area.
  • Guest Feedback: Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Food Safety: Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
