The Pharmacy Inventory Specialist is tasked with delivering inventory solutions to a wide range of pharmacy and healthcare clients across the nation.
Your responsibilities will include scanning barcodes for current inventory at client locations to provide accurate inventory data that aids in informed business decisions and enhances customer support. Additionally, you may be responsible for gathering data on medical devices and other healthcare-related information.
You will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals during inventory events, capturing essential details such as part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS, and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medications.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Preferred prior experience in a healthcare setting such as a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, medical office, and/or medical sales environment.
- Completion of pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required.
- Compliance with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including but not limited to screening requirements, PPE requirements, and confidentiality requirements.
- Achieve high productivity while ensuring accuracy and integrity of the data collected.
- Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines.
This position requires the ability to frequently travel by car and occasionally by air, the ability to stand for extended periods with occasional walking; the ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions; the ability to squat, kneel, or crouch when entering inventory from lower shelves; the ability to frequently use a step stool; the ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
