Position:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Designer with a robust background in HVAC design.
Employment Type:
Permanent Hire
Compensation:
$70,000-$100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Mechanical Designer, you will:
- Design HVAC systems for commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
- Utilize your expertise in ductwork and piping design, equipment selection, and construction oversight.
- Conduct calculations for heat/loss gains and ensure compliance with local building regulations.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- EIT or PE certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
Work Schedule:
This position offers a hybrid work model: two days working remotely and three days in the office, with mandatory in-office attendance on Mondays and half-days on Fridays.
