Remote School Speech Language Pathologist: Virtual Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team as a Virtual Education Specialist in a fully remote setting.
Estimated Salary RangeThe salary for this position is approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs a Virtual Education Specialist, you will be responsible for providing teletherapy services to students with speech and language disorders. You will work closely with diagnostic staff and classroom teachers to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student.
- Deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions to students, using technology to enhance the learning experience.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students with diverse needs.
- Developing and implementing assessment and intervention strategies to improve student outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to parents and educators.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- A current Connecticut SLP License (active or in-process).
- A Connecticut School Certification (active or in-process).
- Previous school-based experience working with students with speech and language disorders.
- ASHA CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence).
