POSITION SUMMARY

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing shift logs and daily communications, ensuring all information is accurately documented. Your role involves receiving, recording, and relaying messages with precision and clarity. You will coordinate with various departments, such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Security, to address guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

In this position, you will also oversee the dispatch of bell staff and valet services as required. It is essential to communicate parking protocols to guests and maintain the security of vehicles and keys. You will monitor the cleanliness and safety of parking areas, reporting any hazards or security concerns to your supervisor.

Your responsibilities include answering and processing all guest calls and requests, ensuring follow-up to confirm guest satisfaction. Adherence to company policies and maintaining a professional appearance is crucial. You will foster positive relationships with colleagues and support team objectives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No prior experience required.

Supervisory Experience: Not necessary.

License or Certification: None required.
