Responsibilities:

* Serve as an on-site Speech Language Pathologist for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
* Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans with other clinical specialties (BCBAs, OTs, psychologists).
* Develop communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication.
* Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals, including co-treatments with the occupational therapy team.
* Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families.
* Partner with client families to develop goals, build relationships, and support them in their journey.

Requirements:

* Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
* License to practice speech pathology.
* Preference for SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but open to new SLPs.
* Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams.
* Ability to connect and engage with young children.
