Job Summary

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced clinical environment. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs, and develop plans of care to address these needs.
  • Implement and evaluate nursing care plans, and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid license to practice nursing in the state of New York.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Previous professional nursing experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
