Compensation:

Role Responsibilities:
This position presents an opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care and customer service utilizing an innovative treatment method for depression. As a TMS Technician, you will provide in-office therapeutic treatments under the supervision of a licensed physician. Your role will involve managing clinical services and maintaining regular interactions with patients, emphasizing customer service and administrative support. We seek candidates with strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a collaborative spirit.

  • Work collaboratively with healthcare providers, admissions staff, and practice administrators to ensure timely and effective patient scheduling and care delivery.
  • Address patients' medical conditions and symptoms.
  • Operate medical and mechanical devices as required.
  • Assist with daily operations of the clinic, demonstrating knowledge of behavioral health services.
  • Check in and check out patients, confirming their demographic information at each visit.
  • Verify and collect payments during patient check-in.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, taking messages and scheduling appointments as needed.
  • Explain and administer treatment procedures to patients.
  • Utilize patient scheduling software effectively.
  • Monitor patients for any medical symptoms.
  • Provide medical assistance in emergency situations.
  • Support the clinic's patient satisfaction initiatives.
  • Adhere to established treatment protocols and office procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Familiarity with clinical scheduling and insurance processes.
  • One or more years of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.
