Job Title: Automotive Manufacturing Quality Control Assistant Manager

At BTI Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Manufacturing Quality Control Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our automotive manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct visual inspections and manual tests of raw materials and manufactured products to ensure compliance with set standards.
  • Evaluate client requirements to ensure that our products meet customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to ensure that our products meet the highest standards.
  • Train production personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge of product quality requirements.
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure that our quality policies and procedures are being adhered to.
  • Oversee the training of quality assurance personnel to ensure an effective work unit.
  • Maintain proper records and documentation of quality tests and other quality-related activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Knowledge of computer and measuring instruments.
  • Experience in an automotive manufacturing company strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in inspection and measurement at a manufacturing or processing company required.
  • 2+ years in QC or Production Experience.
  • Bilingual in English and Korean preferred, Spanish is a plus.
  • Analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Close attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and strong interpersonal skills.
