Painting Specialist

The Painter - 1st Shift role at Citizens is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to showcase their skills in painting the interior and exterior of buildings, structures, and other surfaces.

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a key member of our Real Estate Operations department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality painting work while ensuring timely completion of tasks and providing exceptional customer service.

Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of commercial painting experience and possesses excellent knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and tools. They should also have solid communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base pay, you can expect comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

In this role, you will:

• Paint interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, structures, and other items
• Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures, and preparing walls and surfaces for painting
• Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture
• Apply varnish and other finishes
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and materials

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

• At least 3 years of commercial painting experience
• Excellent knowledge of painting materials, techniques, and tools
• Solid communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
