Expert Painter

Citizens is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in a key role. As a vital member of our operations, you will be responsible for painting the interior and exterior of buildings, structures, and other surfaces. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent knowledge of painting materials, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Painting Services: Painting interior and exterior surfaces of buildings, structures, and other items, including making on-site preparations such as building scaffolding and covering fixtures.
• Surface Preparation: Preparing walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, and filling cracks and holes with appropriate material.
• Maintenance and Repair: Maintaining inventory of supplies, tools, and materials, and ensuring that all necessary equipment is in good working condition.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Commercial Painting Experience: At least 3 years of experience in commercial painting, with a strong understanding of painting techniques and materials.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to ensure high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, ascend and descend ladders, scaffolds, and stairs, and work in confined spaces.
