Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Database Administrator to join our team at Base-2 Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our database team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Oracle database infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Oracle database solutions to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain database performance, security, and backup and recovery procedures
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure database design and development align with business needs
  • Provide database administration and support for multiple Oracle databases
  • Develop and maintain database documentation and standards
  • Stay up-to-date with Oracle database technologies and best practices
Requirements
  • 12 years of experience as a Developer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university
  • 5 years of development experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle database administration, including performance tuning, security, and backup and recovery
  • Experience with Linux and scripting languages
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, RMAN backups, Oracle Enterprise Monitoring (OEM), Oracle ZFS storage appliance
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with Relational database design tools such as Power Designer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, bonus structure, and comprehensive benefits.
