Job Title: Assistant Manager for Plasma Center

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at Grifols. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plasma center, providing exceptional customer service to our donors, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Center Manager in providing employee supervision, guidance, and training
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with Training and Quality staff to ensure training and quality goals are met
  • Coach and lead employees through effective feedback and performance management
  • Monitor and evaluate operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Direct and supervise employees, including hiring, assignment, and direction of work
  • Participate in budget preparation and oversee facility operations to achieve production targets and quality goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Science, Business, Nursing, or Finance
  • 2 years of related experience in clinical or general business, with supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience in a medical and/or cGMP regulated environment is a plus
  • Ability to understand and assess FDA regulations and maintain adequate levels of plasma collection and quality standards
