Salvage Vehicle Recovery Specialist Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salvage Vehicle Recovery Specialist to join our team at IAA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely recovering and transporting salvage vehicles to our auction site.

Compensation Package: $26.00 per hour + overtime pay and quarterly performance bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely recover and transport salvage vehicles to our auction site.
  • Collaborate with the IAA Dispatch Team and Tow Supervisor.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Record all recovery and transportation events, and capture all necessary information, including images, on the IAA Tow App.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • A minimum of 1 year towing / transport experience.
  • Excellent route planning and efficiency skills.
