Punchlist Specialist

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking a skilled Punchlist Contractor to deliver high-quality services to our clients. As a Punchlist Contractor, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks such as general repairs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting.

• Execute tasks as assigned by project managers, ensuring work is completed within the established time frame and budget
• Perform general repairs and carpentry work, including framing, drywall repair/replace, texture match, flooring installation, and finish work
• Communicate effectively with project managers to ensure their needs are being met
• Manage and prioritize workload, communicating progress to the project manager
• Ensure job sites are left clean and orderly at the end of the day
• Maintain accurate records of work completed

• Minimum 5 years' experience in punch list work or similar construction industry experience
• Possess basic computer skills for submitting electronic documentation
• Must provide own tools and reliable transportation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Basic understanding of building codes and safety regulations
• Strong communication skills, able to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and employees at all levels
