What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer service to individuals renting or returning vehicles at our airport locations.
  • Assist customers with various aspects of the rental process, including vehicle check-in and check-out, information entry, and processing rentals for loyalty program members.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent).
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, sit, and move throughout the rental lot for extended periods. You'll also need to be able to enter/exit vehicles frequently.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Note: This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely. Previous retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
