Medical Office Coordinator Specialist

Job OverviewThis position involves coordinating with the provider to ensure safe, quality, and cost-effective care for patients within our practice population. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering remarkable patient experiences.

- Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. You must be a graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program, including pharmacology and medication administration. Certification/registry is expected by the last day of the sixth month of hire.
- Experience: Previous work in a medical office is preferred. You must have experience in both clinical (including medication administration) and administrative duties.
- Licensure/Certification: Current certification as a CMA, RMA, or CCMA is required. Alternatively, you can obtain certification within six months of hire.
This role comes with competitive compensation and benefits. The estimated salary range is $43,300 - $53,700 per year, depending on location and experience.
