Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training and Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that support field operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain course curriculum to meet the needs of our staff and clients
- Conduct and track employee training to ensure compliance and effectiveness
- Collaborate with management and staff to identify skill gaps and training objectives
- Design and create training aids, such as manuals, handouts, and visual aids
- Deliver instruction using multiple modalities, including one-on-one, classroom, and online training
- Confer with management and HR to identify additional training needs and develop solutions
- Ensure ongoing feedback and evaluation of training programs to inform future development
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- One year of related experience in training and development
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle for on-the-job use
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
