Nephrology Associates is currently in search of a dedicated full-time Healthcare Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and adapt to various tasks within a dynamic medical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and preparing patients for their appointments.
- Assisting patients with their needs throughout their visit.
- Managing incoming calls and other forms of communication.
- Occasionally overseeing patient check-in and check-out processes.
- Documenting patient information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system as required.
- Greeting patients and visitors with professionalism.
- Updating and maintaining essential paperwork and records.
- Performing general administrative duties and errands as needed.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Overtime may be necessary and will be compensated accordingly.
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
