Bridgewell is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Clinical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing individual, family, and group psychotherapy services to individuals with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic intakes, treatment plans, goals, and objectives for assigned caseloads.
- Provide individual and/or family counseling with clients on assigned caseloads.
- Coordinate services and collaborate with internal and external providers.
- Participate in clinical team and/or weekly supervision meetings.
- Participate in agency Clinical Risk Team Meetings (CRTs) as appropriate/requested.
- Maintain client records according to regulatory standards.
- Maintain productivity standards as discussed with the supervisor.
- Complete Utilization Review documentation follow-up promptly.
- Facilitate referrals to other agencies/vendors when appropriate.
- Adhere to all agency policies and procedures.
- Masters Degree in social work, psychology, education, or counseling.
- Massachusetts state license preferred.
- Experience working with people with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to focus on and assess the clinical needs of clients and design indicated treatment goals and objectives.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team setting.
