Job Summary

As a Food Court Associate at The GIANT Company, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food court. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of food items, including pizzas, sandwiches, and salads, while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food items, such as pizzas, sandwiches, and salads, to meet customer demands.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and adapting to changing circumstances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Working Conditions

• Work in a fast-paced food court environment, with exposure to heat, noise, and physical demands.
• May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to wear a uniform and follow company dress code.
