  • Obtain lab specimens and administer hearing and vision tests.
  • Provide training and health education related to sexual reproductive health.
  • Administer medications and manage medication reconciliation.
  • Ensure required documentation for all case actions is completed within established timeframes.
  • Maintain professional boundaries with clients and staff.
  • Maintain a safe and secure medical environment for clients.
Requirements
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse in New York State.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Completion of required courses in Child Abuse and Infection Control.
  • Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.

Salary and Bonus

The salary range for this position is $/hour, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours/week. A hiring bonus of $1,000 will be awarded after 500 worked hours.
