CRCG is looking for a Housing Manager with exceptional skills in customer service and property management to lead the Chenowith Rim Apartments team. This apartment complex, located in The Dalles, OR, offers a unique opportunity for a professional to excel in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles and at least 1 year of property management background. They should be proficient in MS365 tools, including TEAMS, Word, Outlook, and Excel, and possess excellent communication and math skills.

This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and willingness to work occasional after-hours emergencies. As a Housing Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day property operations, including marketing, rent collection, report preparation, and agreement administration. You will also ensure compliance with landlord-tenant laws, state and federal labor laws, fair housing regulations, and safety protocols.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $30-$33 per hour, plus a monthly cell phone stipend of $50 and mileage reimbursement. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision insurance, employer-paid life insurance, employee-paid voluntary insurance options, and a flexible spending medical/dependent care savings account. We also offer paid sick time, vacation, nine paid holidays, and your birthday off. After six months of employment, you can enroll in our 401(k) program with an employer match.
