Senior Care Companion

We are seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Senior Care Companions. As a Senior Care Companion with Ambercare, you will play a vital role in supporting seniors and people with disabilities living independently.
About the RoleThis is a rewarding, entry-level position that provides consistent, flexible hours to accommodate your personal needs. You will work closely with our clients, providing companionship and assistance with daily activities, such as medication reminders, therapy exercises, and personal care.
Key Responsibilities- Remind clients to take medication at the appropriate time
- Assist clients with therapy exercises under the direction of a Registered Therapist
- Provide personal care, including hair care, oral hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with routine bodily functions
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment through light housekeeping
- Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant training
- Satisfactory background check and valid driver's license
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to compassionately care for others
