About the Role:

The Senior Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the CDPI department, including scheduling, time records, budget, and productivity tracking. They will also provide direct supervision and performance evaluation of all nurses with CDPI as their primary department, data specialists, and other office staff.

This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, preferably with advanced certifications such as PCCN/CCRN. They should also have a minimum of three to five years' experience in clinical nursing, with a proven track record of success in leading teams and improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert nursing leadership and supervision to the CDPI department
  • Oversee department operations, including scheduling, time records, budget, and productivity tracking
  • Directly supervise and evaluate the performance of all nurses with CDPI as their primary department, data specialists, and other office staff
  • Plan, oversee, and facilitate performance improvement activities for the CDPI department
  • Collaborate with medical directors and other stakeholders to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree from an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum of three to five years' experience in clinical nursing
  • PCCN/CCRN certification preferred
  • BLS through the American Heart Association
  • ACLS required within six months of hire/transfer date

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
