Compassionate Hospice RN

Trinity Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice RN to provide exceptional care to patients with life-limiting or terminal illnesses in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide one-to-one care to patients in their homes, focusing on symptom control and overall supervision of patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Support patients and their families in managing pain and other symptoms, promoting comfort and dignity.
- Utilize cutting-edge technology and clinical knowledge to provide high-quality care.
- Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
- At least 2 years of hospice, oncology, or comfort care experience.
- One (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse.
