Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:
    • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and scopes
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
    • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results
    • Coordinate with other departments, stakeholders, and contractors
  • Team Management:
    • Oversee and direct field personnel through Operations Manager and/or Project Managers
    • Participate in project buyouts by monitoring Project Managers
    • Coordinate transfer meetings with Estimating, Office Manager, and Project Managers
    • Work with ownership to prioritize projects and monitor work volume and construction schedule
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of success
