Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will work directly with clients, delivering intensive ABA interventions under the supervision of our experienced Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your primary responsibility will be to implement evidence-based treatment plans, promoting skill acquisition, and reducing problem behaviors.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1:1 direct ABA treatment to clients, increasing skills, decreasing problem behaviors, and strengthening behavioral supports
  • Work closely with supervising BCBA and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Support parent and caregiver training as directed by the BCBA
  • Collect data and document client records to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions
  • Communicate regularly with parents, supervisors, and others as necessary to inform and improve treatment plans
  • Provide services to clients in home, school, or other locations as agreed and necessary
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience working with children (caregiver, paraprofessional, daycare, etc.)
  • Spanish-speaking skills highly preferred
  • Obtained or pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in psychology, teaching, or related field preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for helping others
